All bookings are subject to the agreement, acceptance and understanding of the terms and conditions of hire as set out below:

Any confirmed booking is an acceptance of these terms and conditions;

Rates/charges commence upon arrival at the 1st pick up address;

Full payment is required prior to Departure;

A deposit is required to secure a booking. All deposits are non-refundable and are due within 3 days of a verbal (phone, voice message) or written (emailed, text)  booking;

You also agree that the cancellation of this booking will result in the forfeiture of your deposit;

Balance payment is to be made within 7 days prior to the booking date or with agreement as a cash payment at pick-up. Balance  Payments can  be made via direct bank account deposit, cash or cheque.  Credit cards are currently not accepted;

Prices are fixed once a booking is confirmed by payment of the deposit;

Prancing Horse Ferrari Hire is licensed to carry up to three passengers only;

Seat belts are to be worn at all times;

No smoking, eating or drinking in Vehicle – Under no circumstances can liquor be consumed in the either of our vehicles.  Prancing Horse Ferrari Hire reserves the right to refuse the carriage of any passenger if they are intoxicated;

The hirer/s are liable for the cost of repairs if the car is damaged by any member of the Bridal party, booking party/persons, guests, photographer or videographer, or any other person associated with the booking party;

The booking customer is responsible to ensure all passengers are aware of these conditions, and also responsible for any damage to the exterior, interior and or contents of the vehicle that is caused by client;

Your chauffer is under strict instructions not proceed if they believe any passenger is not in a fit state to travel (inclusive of unruly behavior). Cost to sanitize the interior of a vehicle starts at $250.00 depending on service required. Costs will be charged to the booking customer;

If you feel that you may not reach your destination on time, we advise that you book an earlier time to allow for delays;

If the Booking runs over time, an additional charge will apply from the completion of the scheduled booking time, and will be calculated in 15 minute increments;

Prancing Horse Ferrari Hire will not be responsible for unexpected delays caused by unsafe road conditoins/closures, weather conditions or unexpected road works;

These Terms and Conditions should only be accepted by a person of the age 18 years or over;

Prancing Horse Ferrai Hire reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the low ride sporting nature of this vehicle there may be times when it will not be possible for the vehicle to access every driveway, road or venue;

The chauffeur will endeavour where safety permits to access all venues;

The Ferraris will not be driven on any unsealed thoroughfares, exceptions may be dirt/gravel driveways if the vehicle can be driven at a slower pace, and for evening pick-ups and drop-off if dirt-gravel roads have lighting;

If the safety of the passengers or vehicle may be at risk, the chauffeur will pick up or drop off passengers at the nearest and safest location.
